We really enjoyed our week in Bonita Springs at this beautiful home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. It was perfectly sized for our family and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The pool area was just perfect and where we spent most of our time! The property was clean, generally well-maintained, and we appreciated having a starter set of supplies (paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent) available for us. We have family in the area so it was very conveniently located to spend time with them, as well. I was really looking forward to the espresso machine but unfortunately there was just a basic coffee maker. We will definitely book again for future visits!

Great stay. The house had everything you could need and the location was ideal. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

If you were looking for a place to stay in SWFL, I would recommend any listings by this team! They were extremely professional, super responsive and kind with our requests and questions. The little details of this house like having beach chairs and an umbrella to use, a docking station for multiple chargers on every nightstand, laundry detergent, and dishwasher liquid, soft toilet paper, beach towels etc. all made this place truly feel like a home away from home. There truly was no stone left unturned, and for the few instances where I did need help, every communication was instantaneous. The pool & hot tub under the screened lanai was our nightly hang out, and was a huge highlight of our trip. Stop the analysis paralysis & book your stay here!

We loved our stay at Whispering Palms! There were just a couple of minor things that were a little bit of a nuisance but nothing major. A couple of examples are the lighting in the walk in shower bathroom was a little dark and the chairs in the dining area screech on the floor as you move your chair so if there could be felt pads on them that would make a big difference. The pool was great, we spent a good amount of time in there especially at night, very clean, the water temperature was very nice about 80F. The washer and dryer was very convenient especially with how many beach days we did and we washed our beach towels quite a bit. The kitchen area was nice, it had a lot of necessities that anyone would think of to have. We used the black stone grill a few times and it was nice too, clean, easy to use. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space so you don’t feel like you’re walking over each other all of the time which we really liked. Everything was also close by to where we wanted to go. We’ve been in the area 3 times now since we have family nearby and we pretty much knew our way of the land which was also convenient and helpful! Overall very nice place to stay with family and friends, would definitely recommend, Matt was very helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is also very quiet all considered since it’s close by to the highway which we also liked. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds. The pool and jacuzzi were great. We loved this stay and would love to come back.

My family and I stayed for a week and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It was nice and clean upon arrival, check in was a breeze and the host communicated very well. We booked mainly because of the travel distance to our sports complex however this house was also conveniently located close to a lot of nice restaurants, grocery stores and BEACHES !! The neighborhood was very peaceful. The pool and hot tub was a plus, the kids LOVED it !! The black stone was a hit for the adults. The house was also very big and spacious, TVs to keep every one occupied and the kitchen was well supplied with seasonings, utensils and cookware. I would only recommend making the hot tub a little hotter and maybe putting a watch your step sign entering the bedroom coming out of the kitchen so people would know it’s a step down. Other than that, 10 out of 10 will stay again and recommend to anyone who decides to stay in the area !!
