was a great stay overall. everything was clean and stocked well. only thing we could have used more of near the end of the stay was paper products. we made due though.

We enjoyed our two-month stay, and the property met our needs. The most important things for us were the location and that we were able to bring our dog. The property is conveniently located near stores, beaches, and restaurants. The space was open, bright, and comfortable. The bedroom closets provided convenient, accessible shelves. The little desk in the family room and the dining table were the perfect sizes for our needs. The friendly neighbors welcomed us, and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The management company responded quickly to our requests, such as immediately ordering a new dishwasher rack to replace the broken one. Two items that need to be addressed are the one-foot gap in the backyard fence and the deteriorating pool surface (as mentioned in another person’s review). We would stay here again.

Only complaint was there were no lounge chairs for the pool area. Host responded promptly, house was very clean and comfortable and accepting pets was important to us.

We had a great stay. It’s a great house for families with kids or two couples. Plenty of room. Laundry which is a plus and a pool. House was clean and everything seemed new! Would stay again.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
