SWFL Vacations SMS Terms

SWFL Vacations texts you only with your consent, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. These terms cover the SWFL Vacations text messaging program, operated by SWFL Vacations LLC.

Two kinds of messages, two separate choices#

• Booking and account messages: booking confirmations, check-in details, stay reminders, Host and Vendor alerts, and security codes.
• Marketing messages: offers, promotions, new listings and local tips. You receive these only if you check the separate marketing box.

Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

Details#

• Frequency: message frequency varies with your bookings and preferences.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and then no more messages from that number.
• Help: reply HELP, email support@swflvacations.com, or call 239-900-1682.
• Timing: we send marketing texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy#

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy.
