Do I need a Florida license?
Yes. Florida requires a DBPR vacation rental license, and some cities and counties also require local registration. You’ll enter both when you create a listing.
Can I set my own rates, minimum stays and house rules?
Yes. You control pricing, availability, minimum stays and rules for every listing.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. Most hosts keep their other channels. SWFL Vacations adds bookings alongside them.
I only have one property. Is this for me?

What’s your cancellation policy?
You choose a 30-, 14- or 7-day cancellation cutoff.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You agree to our host terms when you sign up, and either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Bookings already confirmed are honored.
