Great communication from the management company. This duplex is very clean. The shared pool is great, deep and long. We enjoyed the screened in front porch and the yard has a small firepit and a cute picket fence. We appreciated the extras; laundry detergent, garbage bags, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, etc. The home is close to several dining and walkable options. The neighboring homes could use some upkeep but the area is undergoing a major renovation. We would book this home again.

Enjoyed my stay with my wife and kids. We came down for the long holiday weekend to see my in-laws who live a few miles away. The close proximity to bars, restaurants and ice cream shops was great plus the convenience of being on the beach in less than 15 minutes was awesome. Tons of shops within a 5 minute drive to get groceries, beer, wine, etc

We had a great stay, beautiful property and a lot of things to do in the area.

There was few bumps in the beginning but overall it was a great experience for me and my friends.

Love every moment of our stay here during our Christmas and new year vacation . The beds are so comfy and the pool is heated. We really appreciate the host labeled all the wall switches so we didn’t need to play the guessing game😉. The kitchen is fully stocked and the silverware/ utensils are shiny like new👍

We were doing an art show that was walkable. The house was exactly what we needed and our stay was very peaceful. We already booked for next year.

Our stay in Bonita Spring at the Tipsy Turtle was amazing. We enjoyed walking to town and eating at the Sugar Shack. The location was perfect for driving to Naples and Ft. Myers where our daughter was playing in a softball tournament. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool had a slight issue as a breaker had tripped so it wasn't heating or pumping. The Pool attendant came and fixed it and it was Heavenly! Would absolutely recommend staying here and will book again if ever in Bonita Springs.

Great location for walking to town with local restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop. Overall a quiet location and it felt private even though it is a shared pool. The home is nicely maintained and decorated. kitchen was very well stocked with every thing you might need. We had a Wonderful time!! Highly recommend

The property was very family friendly! we had a great spring break with kids. They loved the pool and the home features. bunk beds were very cozy and rooms were spacious. We felt very safe and right at home. Location was extremely close downtown Bonita Springs which had loads of Restaurants. Ice cream shop down the Street was "scary good!" We had to fight the urge to stay away. overall highly recommended!

Immaculately clean, well stocked, and super fun pool! Perfect place for me, my two kids (ages 4 and 7) and my mom for a trip to the area. My only complaint was the SW Florida spring break traffic (but the property had nothing to do with that!). Great stay, would love to come back someday if we can!

The place was very nice. So close to downtown which was awesome. Walked very morning and went to the food trucks one night. Bands playing at the Sugar Shack. It is a very nice place to stay downtown Bonita.

Well done duplex, very clean and nicely decorated, great pool/patio. Conveniently located. Would stay here again.

Everything was as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only thing to note (which was our oversight) is that the pool is shared. We ended up sharing it with an older couple, and while everyone was respectful, it did feel a bit uncomfortable having to share the space with strangers, especially with kids around. Just something to be aware of for future guests. Otherwise, a great place close to the beach! Perfect spot!

This is the perfect set up for families with kids- with an ice cream store down the street an outdoor shower is essential, more than enough space in the kitchen and very cozy! We hope to stay again in the future!
