Cozy 1 bdrm, Walk to Sugarshack & Coffee shop, Ice Cream, 3 Mi to Beach

Everything is perfect about this stay. We loved having access to the pool and having a very comfortable bed. Location was perfect for sugar shack, for coffee and everything local to downtown! We will definitely be returning!

House was nice and in a safe location. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Loved the pool!

The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and patio area. Downtown was walkable and had great bars and restaurants. Added bonus….they had a yoga mat!

Everything was wonderful, the home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved being able to walk to sugarshack downtown and other downtown areas. The pool was a nice relaxing why to spend time. Nicely located between Naples and Fort Mayers as well. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean nicely done property, cozy, comfortable. Property mangers did great job communicating with us. Location was good as well, close to many things to do. Pool was shared with renters on the opposite sided, but was still nice.

The unit looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the supply of coffee for our morning cup o’ Joe. It was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided. We had our car so it was easy to drive to the beach or downtown Naples.

The communication was excellent making the stay extremely enjoyable. The rental was exactly as listed- so clean, well maintained and had all the appliances and cooking equipment needed, especially a washer and dryer. We especially liked the outdoor pool which was heated and very relaxing. The location was also great because we were able to walk to many places and it was not a long ride to the beach.

The hosts were in contact with us several times by text to check in and make sure that we had everything we need. Accommodations were great- we loved the outdoor pool/lanai area. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen.

Highly recommend the Nauti-nook. Exactly what was shown in the pictures. Enjoyed outdoor space. Good central location, not as busy as Naples area. Host answered all questions quickly. No problems or issues.

Everything was great!

This is a really spacious and comfortable unit, well located 2 blocks off Old 41 in the heart of historic Bonita Springs. The kitchen was huge with all amenities, well stocked spice cabinet. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool to enjoy the lanai and pool much. But we loved how easy it was to walk to great cafes (Don’t miss the wonderful Downtown Coffee and Wine Company—somehow it’s NOT in Trip Adviser), restaurants, and sites like the Everglades Wonder Gardens—now owned by the city of Bonita and operated as a non-profit animal refuge. All around great place! Thanks to the hosts!

Very clean and homey feel

The Nauti Nook was great! We really enjoyed the private pool and grill. This place really had everything we needed and more. It has a nice, homey vibe. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for some time to unwind and enjoy the Bonita springs area.

There was a small snag with getting in but the management team is immediately responsive. The property is beautiful and looks just like the pictures! From the pool out back to Sugar Shack a 6 minute walk away to the ice cream shop 4 minutes away, there is so much to do. I stayed 3 nights and didn't have time to do everything that I wanted to do. I thought it was a really cute idea to have a guest book that was filled with things to do from previous guests! I had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are friendly, down to earth people. I will definitely be booking at the Nauti Nook again! It's cute, cozy, and made my birthday get away even that much better.

Lovely property. The pool off the back bedroom was awesome. There happened to be Red Tide in the area beaches, so we were just relaxed in the screened-in lanai/pool. This unit is a Mother-in-law unit with 1 BR and 1 BA attached to a larger unit. The pool is shared with the other unit, but the occupants of the other unit never used it, so it was like our own lanai/pool. The pool and lanai is quite long, so even if they were out there, we wouldn't feel crowded. It was perfect for us. The kitchen is pretty large and super well equipped. It even had an air fryer. We had a couple of minor issues (the gas grill ran out of gas and the air fryer quit), but the property manager was very quick to remedy both. The bed is very comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The HVAC and hot water were great. We liked the walk-in shower. The PM left a comprehensive set of instructions. Very professional. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was exactly as described. The pool was very enjoyable. Matt and Cami quickly responded to our questions. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I loved the place. The property was clean and smelled fresh. The pool was well maintained. The property was a very short walk to the main strip of Bonita Springs. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Bonita Springs is very close to Naples and to the Ft. Myers airport. We would recommend this location for 2 people looking for a relaxing stay in a safe, healthy environment.

We loved our stay! Home is well cared for, and the pool was a great bonus! It was also fun to be within walking distance of downtown Bonita.

Beautiful location. Love staying here. Very spacious and easy to enter the property. We were also able to walk to multiple restaurants. The only downside I can think of is that the pool is part of a duplex. I think that was in the description and I missed it. The neighbors were very noisy. But the owners were extremely responsive and kind. I would still stay here again.

Awesome location! We had a great time walking to downtown and having dinner at the food trucks. Pool was great to have right in the backyard! We had a great stay!

Our week long stay at this Airbnb was wonderful. Its location was safe and within walking distance to many great places- namely, Downtown Coffee Co, Survey Cafe and our favourite, Rooftop at Riverside. The home itself was spotless, cozy and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool and barbecue area were an amazing addition. Matt and Cami were very very easy to communicate with, and timely in responding to any questions we had. We would recommend this to anyone and can’t wait to stay here again!

I had a great stay at Nauti Nook! The location is ideal—walking distance to downtown Bonita Springs where you’ll find Sugarshack for live music and the Rooftop at Riverside with food trucks. It’s also close to multiple beautiful beaches, which made our beach days easy and fun. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed the private pool, and the beach chairs provided were a nice bonus! Matt and Cami were excellent hosts—very responsive and provided helpful tips for local attractions. One thing to note: the property is a duplex, and the other side seems to be suited for families. We were lucky that no one was staying there during our visit, but it would’ve been helpful to know this beforehand. If a family with young kids were staying on the other side, I could imagine it feeling a bit less peaceful—especially with a shared pool space. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would still recommend Nauti Nook to anyone visiting the area!
