We had a great stay! The pool and access to the canal to do a little fishing was a great perk! While some of the house is a little dated, it met all our needs and was perfect for our family of 4!

Was a great time.. home is very comfortable and great place to relax. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept area.. Would recommend this home.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. After a debacle that happened the night before with a different Airbnb that was out of our control and left us stranded on Christmas Day in Cape Coral, the owners got us into their property very quickly when Airbnb support reached out to them to let them know of our situation. The house has comfortable furnishings, the lanai was nice to spend time in and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The owners were great communicators and even had a book put together with all the information we would need for the house and local recommendations/attractions. If ever in Cape Coral, we would definitely love to stay here again.

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
