SFH w/ Heated Pool, All Tile Floors, Close to Marina, Open Concept & Comfortable

Cute home. Had an electric issue and they had someone handle quickly! We had a great trip. Cozy beds and nice pool.

We spent five weeks here and had a wonderful stay! Everything was great! We would definitely rent again!

This was on the higher end of our options but absolutely no regrets. The house was large enough for all of us to spread out, the attached pool was a family hit, and the decor was spot on-absolutely perfect. As a side note, the family said the food off the blackstone was some of the best they’ve ever had (egg scramble, hamburgers, and hotdogs). I would definitely recommend!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very roomy for 4 of us. Comfortable bedding and charming decor. The pool was a big hit with our sons and a highlight of the trip. Close to restaurants and beaches that I was familiar with from previous trips. We didn’t really cook at the house, but it had everything you needed if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again. We already booked one of their larger properties for the end of the year with more family. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable home.

This home was perfect for the two of us. Stayed at many AirBB places and this one ranks at the top. Just as described and matched the photos. Lovely back enclosed Lania with wonderful inground pool. They provided tons of towels and tons of hangers for the closets. Great washer and dryer, large refrigerator, and many starter stuff like paper towels, toilet tissue, washer pellets, etc. Was easy to communicate with. Location was perfect, just a lovely quiet street with other lovely homes.

We had a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was highly responsive to any issues we had.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to many places to eat. Our favorite place was the French Press for breakfast. The home was clean and spacious. There was a little bit of damage noted throughout the home, and I was not aware that the water in the area has a very foul smell and taste. The lighting inside the home was a bit dark which made it hard to see for people with poor vision.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay with our family of 5. We have 3 young kiddos and we were pleasantly surprised by everything they offered above and beyond for young kids such as all the pool toys and floats, beach wagon, sand toys, pack n plays, bibs and baby utensils, a high chair, and even a play toy kitchen that was in the closet. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the Marina area which has live music several days a week. We loved the pool and the open concept with lots of room for the kiddos to move around. We all slept great and everything was comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone and would come back in a heart beat!

This property is located in a very nice Cape Coral neighborhood convenient to the area’s amenities. The home was clean and well equipped.
