Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Listing is free. We take a 15% commission on each booking, and nothing else.
How and when do I get paid?
Guests pay on SWFL Vacations, and your payout goes to your bank through Stripe, released 24 hours after your experience ends.
What do I need to apply?
Create an account with your business details and agree to our vendor terms. Before a listing can go live, we need your certificate of insurance naming SWFL Vacations as an additional insured, plus your business license number and its expiration date. Experiences on the water also need a current USCG captain license. We review every vendor before they go live.
Who sets prices and availability?
You do. You control your prices, capacity and schedule.
What happens if a guest cancels?
A guest who cancels at least 48 hours before the start gets a full refund. After that there is no refund, and you are still paid. If you cancel, the guest always gets a full refund.
What about weather cancellations?
If weather or conditions make the trip unsafe, you can cancel it and the guest gets a full refund.
Can I keep using my own booking software?
Yes. SWFL Vacations is another channel alongside the tools you already use.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You agree to our vendor terms when you sign up, and either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Bookings already confirmed must still be honored.
