Lounge chairs and a dining table add to the relaxing ambience. Please keep in mind, this pool area is shared with the home on the other side.

Cancellation Policy

10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check in. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to booking date, 100% refund, Cancellations less than 30 days from booking date is non refundable.

Age Restrictions / Child Policy

ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered.
