My family booked last minute fairly late in the evening and the hosts were more than accommodating. The property is family friendly and spacious. We especially loved our time in the pool and relaxing on the dock at sunset. Would definitely recommend this property and these hosts.

We had booked another home for our stay in Cape Coral only to get there and find the place very dirty, dingy, outdated and not comfortable. We felt the need to leave that place immediately. Sands Real Estate was more than accommodating when we needed to get in the place quickly. They let us take possession of the property early and even allowed us to extend our stay when it was needed. Property was impeccably cleaned, smelled wonderful and was beautiful! We had a great stay there and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great, beautiful and clean place to stay! We are looking forward to our stay next year!!

The house was great and our family really enjoyed it as it was very comfortable. Very clean & modern. The outside pool area was lovely looking onto a canal. Matt & Cami were very helpful hosts & responded very quickly. The location is fine however we spent most of our days on Sanibel & Captivate islands as only around 30 minute drive from the house. We look forward to coming back for sure. Please look out for an owl that appears outside the front garden area every day and doesn’t leave only at night. Our family will miss him!!
