Sunshine Palms

This house was perfect for our family trip! We had 2 kids in our group and we all enjoyed the pool and communal spaces during our stay. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was so we didn’t need to get takeout for every meal. The toys upstairs kept the kids entertained as well.

We had a great stay, the house is gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen could use some olive oil and a few spices but I understand not everyone supplies that.

The pool was great, as a local Floridian I was a little chilly in there but my Canadian friend thought it was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts communicated very well and were quick to respond to my questions. Our family enjoyed our our visit very much and would definitely stay in this home again.

Sunshine Palms is super convenient to get to from the airport. It is in a quiet neighborhood and looks exactly like the pictures. The salt water pool is great and one of the cleanest we’ve ever had. Matt and Cami were very easy to work with and very responsive to all inquiries.

Great place to stay! Matthew was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was a hit for everyone. The layout of the house had a place for everyone to hangout. Local shopping very close by a long with a bunch of restaurants.

Great experience staying here. Excellent hosts. Location is convenient to both 41 and I-75, close to FGCU and Gulf Coast Town Center. Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds in every room were super comfy! Lanai with pool made for a lovely outside space too. Thank you!

House comfortably accommodated seven adults. We used the kitchen extensively and it had all of the cookware and extras we needed.

We didn’t have any kids with us, but this house is built to have a houseful.

This home was the perfect location for a family wedding. It was close to restaurants and beaches. It was peak season in Fort Myers so it took a little longer to get around, but this home was close to the beaches and the Cape. Neighborhood is well kept and neighbor was friendly. Home was well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our visit.

Great place for families. Plenty of beach toys for the kids as well as puzzles and games. Good local restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Grocery stores were close as well. The house has many amenities that make the stay comfortable, e.g. washer/dryer, dishwasher. Pool was clean and well maintained. I recommend this listing!

Perfect long weekend get away to visit our son at FGCU. Convenient location, affordable, comfortable, safe neighborhood near a really nice park. Place was just as described, pool was clean, beds were comfortable. Would stay again!!
