ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered

  • additional unregistered guests without approval from Sands Property Management. 

** Guests breaking these rules will forfeit the  remaining portion of their stay, without refund, and any damage, or remediation will be instantly charged to the card of record.
