  • Early check in / late check out MAY be available. Must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to your stay.  

Cancelation Policy

  • 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance due 30 days before check in.
  • If canceled more than 30 days before stay, 100% refund. Cancelations within 30 days of booking will not be refunded. 

Age Restrictions / Child Policy 

  • ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management.
  • Age limit requirement for bookings is 25 years of age.
  • The person responsible for the booking must be 25 years old or older.
  • All guests must be registered.

  • Additional unregistered guests without approval from Sands Property Management.
  • Guests breaking these rules will forfeit the  remaining portion of their stay, without refund, and any damage, or remediation will be instantly charged to the card of record.
