10% deposit is required at the time of booking. with remaining balance due 30 days before check in. If canceled more than 30 days before stay, 100% refund remitted. No refunds for cancelations less that 30 days prior to booking date.

ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered.
