The complex is still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. THE POOL IS SET TO BE COMPLETE  EARLY OCTOBER. There IS ongoing daily construction to the grounds and buildings.

Currently building 4 construction is a s follows:

1. The Balcony railings are on, and screens will go on the week of August 10th! Once complete the balcony will be usable 
2. Each building entrance way has scaffolding with safety netting at the entryways for you to walk under as they work on the       buildings for the safety of all guests.

The complex has 5 buildings each undergoing some sort of construction. There is construction work being done during daytime hours. There is ample parking for you and your guests.

The unit itself IS fully completed, cleaned and sanitized between each guest
Understand you are receiving a DEEP discount due to the inconvenience of no amesites and the construction.

What you are paying for:

1. A clean and comfortable place for you and your guests to lay your head at night, with a FULL kitchen, cable and view. FREE parking across the street from the beach.

2. Location. Directly next to Coconut Jacks, walking distance to the Fish house, and Directly across the street from the beach, and Docs Beach house, Jet Ski rentals, Cabana Rentals, drinks restrooms and more.
