The residence is a split floor plan and the guest bedrooms are located at the other side of the home in the guest wing. One guest bedroom has two twin beds and a small desk that serves as a private area to get some work done if needed while on vacation. The other guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and slider door access to the pool and lanai. The guest wing has a nice size guest bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo. This bathroom also serves as the pool bath with access to the pool and lanai area.

10% deposit is required at the time of booking. with remaining balance due 30 days before check in. If canceled more than 30 days before stay, 100% refund. Any cancelations less that 30 days prior to arrival date is NON REFUNDABLE.

ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered.
