Cancelation Policy 

10% deposit is required at the time of booking. with remaining balance due 30 days before check in. If canceled more than 30 days before stay, 100% refund, within 30 days there are no refunds.

ALL properties managed by Sands Property Management require the booking to be made by a person(s) over the age of 25. All guests must be registered.
